Để được coi là một nhà thầu chuyên nghiệp, đơn vị đó cần đáp ứng các tiêu chí sau:
- Giấy tờ pháp lý: Có giấy phép đăng ký kinh doanh và các chứng chỉ hành nghề liên quan.
- Năng lực chuyên môn: Sở hữu đội ngũ kiến trúc sư, kỹ sư, giám sát viên, và chỉ huy công trình giàu kinh nghiệm.
- Nguồn lực thi công: Có đội ngũ công nhân lành nghề và trang thiết bị hiện đại.
Các chủ đầu tư thường rất cẩn trọng khi lựa chọn nhà thầu. Họ chỉ tin tưởng giao phó công trình có giá trị lớn cho những đơn vị có uy tín, năng lực tốt và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
2. Định Nghĩa Chính Xác Về Nhà Thầu Chính
Nhà thầu chính là nhà thầu chịu trách nhiệm cao nhất và trực tiếp ký kết hợp đồng với chủ đầu tư. Họ là người đứng tên dự thầu và có vai trò điều hành, quản lý toàn bộ quá trình thi công của dự án. Nhà thầu chính có thể là một cá nhân, một tổ chức hoặc một liên danh nhà thầu.

- Khắc phục sự cố: Chủ trì, phối hợp với chủ đầu tư khắc phục hậu quả nếu xảy ra sự cố trong quá trình thi công.
- Lập hồ sơ hoàn công: Lập nhật ký thi công và bản vẽ hoàn công theo quy định.
- Hoàn trả mặt bằng: Di chuyển tài sản và hoàn trả mặt bằng sau khi công trình được nghiệm thu, bàn giao.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!
